The Sun newspaper reports that the wedding banns - a public announcement in a Christian parish church of an impending marriage - were posted at the local register office.
Sources told the paper they saw massive catering vans arriving at the location earlier this week in preparation for the star-studded bash.
The manor house is the same place fashion designer Stella McCartney wed magazine publisher Alasdhair Willis in 2003.
J.B. - who has quit singing to concentrate on his farming career - popped the question to Chloe this January after five years of dating and was elated when she said yes.
The 27-year-old star recently confessed he was a "traditional" guy and wanted to settle down and start a family.
He said: "For me, it would be marriage, then babies. I'm traditional in that way, but it's definitely something I would like to focus on."
JLS split at the end of 2013 after five years together and J.B.'s bandmates Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes and Ortise Williams were guests of honour at his recent stag party in Marbella, Spain.
