Jay Z treated his Roc Nation staff to an ice skating party this week.
The rap mogul and the founders of the firm Jay Brown and Tyran 'TyTy' Smith hosted a Christmas celebration for workers at the Celsius bar in Bryan Park, New York, and also reserved the adjacent ice rink for guests of theirs only.
According to the Page Six column from the New York Post newspaper, Jay was first to arrive and sat at a table outside under a heat lamp before being joined by Beyonce.
Guests included Haim, DJ Ross One, Big Sean and Santigold, with the two-level bar quickly filling up.
Despite Jay and his wife being in good spirits, with the former wearing a Santa hat in a photo booth and clowning around, the real fun didn't begin until the pair left.
A source explained: "Everyone hit the dance floor and let loose after the boss left."
It marked the second bash to be hosted by Jay Z in a week, who on Tuesday held a private gathering in Brooklyn with Beyonce for guests including Pharrell Williams and Rita Ora.
