Jason Biggs is celebrating one year of sobriety.
The 40-year-old actor - who starred in the 'American Pie' film series - has taken to his Instagram account to reveal he's reached the landmark after developing an "obsession with booze and drugs".
Jason posted a photo of his Alcoholics Anonymous silver recovery anniversary medallion and captioned it: "I first tried to get sober over 5 years ago, when the weight of my obsession with booze and drugs became too heavy for me to handle. Turns out this s**t is hard. After some fits and starts, I've managed to put together one year of sobriety. I'm as proud of it as anything in my life. If you're struggling, know there's help. Don't be ashamed. We can do this. (sic)"
The medallion itself features the words: "To thine own self be true."
Jason's wife Jenny Mollen has also been celebrating the landmark.
Alongside a photo of herself and Jason, she wrote on Instagram: "So proud of my husband today. Congrats baby. I know how hard you work. I see you. I love you. Thank you for your fight."
Meanwhile, Jason - who has kids Sid, four, and 12-month-old Lazlo with Jenny - previously called his wife a "champion" for her parenting skills.
Speaking shortly after Lazlo's arrival, Jason shared: "Jenny's up with the baby. Jenny's breastfeeding, she's a champion, she's up with him a lot."
The actor also revealed he'd been enjoying his time with Lazlo because he's such an easy baby.
Jason said: "He's actually a really good baby. We'll be like, 'Have you changed him?' 'No, I haven't changed him. Should we check his diaper?'
"And it'll be like a blow out! This kid has been sitting in a pile of his own s**t for like how long? And he's just chill. He's just sucking on his pacifier, cold chilling."
