Jana Kramer is getting used to her "new normal" following her split from Mike Caussin.

The former 'One Tree Hill' star announced on Instagram last week that she is divorcing her husband of six years.
And Jana has thanked her fans for their supportive messages since announcing their breakup and insisted she is going through a period of grieving and healing and seeing her therapist.
She told her fans on her Instagram Story: "Feels weird to be back on here.
"I just want to say thank you for all of the comments and the DMs and the love, and I have to started getting used to my new normal. Forgive me for not really knowing how to walk that yet. You know, I'm trying to just really dive into books and my therapist and not put a Band-Aid on things because in order to fully grow, you have to grieve and heal.
"I'm trying to just be really mindful of that, and not distract myself with this, that and the other. But I do want to start getting back to having some normalcy—even in my new normal. So that's with you guys, but just thank you, again. It means more to me than you know."
In a statement announcing her divorce amid reports Mike cheated again, Jana said: "'It's time. As I try to make sense of a reality I never wanted to believe could be possible again, those words have now become a reality.
"I've fought y'all. I've loved hard. I've forgiven. I've put the work in. I've given everything I have, and now I have nothing else to give.
"Please know that I still believe wholeheartedly in marriage, love, and rebuilding. I just can't fight any longer. It's time to heal.
"Thank you for all the love, heart, and support, in many ways you have fought on this journey alongside me, and for that I am grateful. I'll always encourage you to continue the good fight, but you can't fight it alone."
A source stated that the couple will now "focus" on their two kids Jolie Rae, five, and Jace Joseph, two.
In 2016, Mike, 34, was involved in a cheating scandal - in which he revealed that he had cheated on her with multiple women - and the pair separated that year.
The exes also revealed that Mike had filed for divorce at the time they were estranged when he was in rehab for sex addiction.
