Jamie Oliver is studying for a master's degree.
Despite being dyslexic and having flunked school, the 41-year-old celebrity chef has taken on a master's degree in nutrition and he says his return to education has changed his life.
Speaking to The Times newspaper, Jamie said: "Now I'm doing a master's degree in nutrition. It might take two or three years, but I'm going to give it a good go. It's completely changed my life."
He added: "It's proper geeky, I could go off on one."
It's a move that reflects Jamie's shift over the years to more healthy eating that has seen him front many campaigns, including 'going off on one' over UK school meals and trying to change the diets of pupils at American schools.
Jamie admits: "That's pretty much what I've been doing for 11 years."
The 41-year-old cook has his hands full as not only is he studying again, running several top rated restaurants and has just released a new cookbook, 'Super Food Family Classics', he is also expecting his fifth child with his wife Jools.
Jamie cannot wait for the baby to join their siblings, Poppy Honey, 14, Daisy Boo, 13, Petal Blossom, seven, and Buddy Bear, five, in August and insists his family keep his ego in check.
He previously said: "I love kids. My family keep me honest, I have a weird job, a weird life, but my family keep me quite real."
