Although the notoriously private couple, who waited until one month after their daughter Dulcie was born in November 2013 to announce her arrival, have yet to officially confirm the happy news, E! News reports that Amelia recently gave birth.
Amelia was spotted out in Notting Hill with a stroller this week while Jamie is currently filming 'Fifty Shades Darker' in Vancouver.
Jamie, 33, who was previously in a long-term relationship with actress Keira Knightley, previously admitted he was smitten with singer Amelia, 33, "from the start" and said he loves being a father.
When asked if there was anything about his wife that irritated him, the heartthrob said: "I was smitten from the start, I really was. I'm more in love with her today than I was at the start, so no.
"She's dream stuff. It's amazing.
"I love fatherhood. These last couple of years have been quite something. But we're enjoying it."
Amelia previously dated Irish actor Colin Farrell.
