Jack Osbourne is supporting his father Ozzy following his sex addiction confession.
The 30-year-old star has opened up about his feelings towards his rock icon dad for the first time after it was revealed that the Black Sabbath rocker has been having "intense" therapy to curb his insatiable appetite for sex.
The news came after it emerged that Ozzy, 67, had been cheating on his wife Sharon, 63, with hairdresser Michelle Pugh
Jack, 30, accepts that his parents don't have a "picture-perfect marriage" but insists they are doing everything they can to try and "figure it out" and no matter what he'll always have his father's back.
Speaking on SiriusXM radio's 'Sway in the Morning' show, Jack - who has two daughters, Pearl, four, and 14-month-old Andy with wife Lisa - said: "They're working on it. You know, they're trying to rein it in. They've been together for so long and this isn't their first rodeo.
"They don't have this picture-perfect marriage, and they've never claimed to, so they're just trying to figure it out, I guess. My take on it is, whatever happens, my parents are still my parents - it's not like they're going to be like, 'Well, do you want to go live with your dad or your mom?' "
"So you kind of just support where you can and focus on whatever you need to get done - I've got my own kids and my own marriage to work on."
Earlier this week, following Ozzy's statement, in which he apologised to the women he has been having "sexual relationships" with outside of his marriage, Sharon broke down in tears on 'The Talk' when she spoke of his addiction, revealing it has been going on for "at least six years" and that it is "embarrassing" for her family.
Sharon - who also has daughters Aimee, 32, and Kelly, 31, with Ozzy - said: "After the (Black Sabbath) tour, he goes in as an inpatient for three months. He's working at it. It's hard because it affects the whole family. And, it's quite embarrassing to talk about.
"Somehow drugs and drink is more acceptable I think. When it's somebody that has a sex addiction, it's embarrassing.
"He's come out and admitted it finally. It's very, very hard. It's been going on for at least six years."
A statement on behalf of notorious hellraiser Ozzy - given by his representative - said: "Over the last six years, Ozzy Osbourne has been dealing with a sex addiction.
"He is sorry if Ms. Pugh took their sexual relationship out of context.
"He would like to apologize to the other women he has been having sexual relationships with.
"Out of the bad comes good. Since his relationship with Ms. Pugh was exposed, Ozzy has gone into intense therapy.
"Ozzy is mortified at what his behaviour has done to his family.
"He thanks God that his incredible wife Sharon is at his side to support him."
