The 25-year-old model often has a pouch of infant puree tucked into her bag so she can grab a snack when she's in a hurry and claimed she's even convinced a number of her friends to do the same.
Showing off the contents of her bag to US Weekly magazine, she said: "“I f****** love baby food. White Leaf Provisions’ pumpkin flavor tastes like you’re drinking pie filling. I’ve turned so many people on to it.”
If she's travelling, Ireland - whose parents are Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin - always carried an emergency stuffed toy with her in case she encounters an upset child.
She said: "My mom always carries a little stuffed animal if a baby is fussing on a plane. She has passed that down to me.”
Another travel must-have for the blonde beauty is a tiny box containing a heart-shaped sweet and a note, which serves as a special reminder of her late grandfather.
She said: “It was a gift from my grandfather before he passed away. I have really bad flight anxiety, so I always keep that with me.”
And Ireland is always prepared for a wardrobe malfunction.
She said: “There’s a [pair of] Proof period underwear [in case] I have to change — and a thong. I learned that from wardrobe mishaps."
Ireland makes sure she has a lipstick tucked away in her bag in case of a spontaneous night out.
She said: "You never know when you’re going out last minute. My favorite lipstick is Pat McGrath in Fever Dream. It’s gorgeous on every skin tone.”
The model also makes sure she's able to work wherever she is.
She explained: “I’m a writer, so I take my iPad and Magic Keyboard with me and have a full writing station no matter where I am.”
