Holly Madison "spent too many years" being afraid of Hugh Hefner.
The former Playboy model, who recently claimed in her new memoir, 'Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny,' she was mentally and emotionally abused while living with her former lover and his other girlfriends insists she doesn't care that he has denied her allegations.
The 35-year-old beauty said: "I won't let myself be afraid of him. I spent too many years like that.
"[Hef] has no mental or emotional power over me anymore. I walked away from that seven years ago [when I left the mansion]. He is completely out of my life now."
Holly's former 'Girls Next Door' co-star Kendra Wilkinson Baskett, 30, recently accused her of trying to seek revenge on the media mogul because he refused to marry her and put her in his will.
But she argued to InTouch magazine: "If I wanted to write a cheap tell-all for revenge, I would have done that a long time ago. I had to pretend that everything was OK back then, and it wasn't. I wrote this book in hopes that people would learn from my mistakes."
