Hilary Duff feels "extremely guilty" about leaving her son when she goes to work.
The 'Lizzie McGuire' star - who has three-year-old son Luca with her ex-husband Mike Comrie - admits she suffers from mom guilt when she's away from her little boy.
She told Redbook magazine: "It's hard to say that you really can have it all. I think you can to a certain degree, but fully loaded, pedal-all-the-way-down is tough.
"You're missing out on something, either on the career or on the family. When I'm really busy with work, I feel extremely guilty."
Meanwhile, the 28-year-old singer and actress previously spoke out about "mom bullying", admitting young women can feel "judged" for how they choose to raise their child.
She shared: "Even before you have your baby, you can start feeling the judgment. And, you know, becoming a mother and that whole process is so special and so magical really, but it's also very isolating.
"The biggest things that stand out for me was choosing to have an epidural. I felt very judged by some people. Also, once I had breastfed for a certain amount of time and I was starting to work and starting to supplement with formula, I felt judged then."
