Harry Styles has said that he and his One Direction bandmates are still growing up.
Despite being in the world's most popular boyband, he, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson are still learning to be men and sometimes get self-conscious.
Speaking about the group to Australia's Kiis FM he explained: "I think that people imagine that if you're in a band you kind of lose all normal things. But we still have every insecurity every 19 or 20-year-old guy has."
Though he claims his confidence levels go down at times, Harry did decide to stay in Los Angeles for an extra day earlier this week after his group took home three prizes from the American Music Awards.
Niall says that Harry and Zayn stayed in the country, but Harry had another excuse.
I also didn't feel very well so I didn't want to fly. I wanted to wait out the storm to fly. My ear hurts."
