Harry Styles thinks it's important for One Direction to stay "focussed" on the present.
The 21-year-old singer has insisted the group are trying to move on from their former band mate Zayn Malik's sudden departure earlier this year.
He said: "We have the album and the tour that we're working on right now. And I think, when you have so many goals that you feel you have yet to achieve, it's kind of hard to see past those.
"I think it's important to focus on what's going on and don't lose track. We're all working toward the same thing right now, and I don't think we're thinking much past that."
The 'Steal My Girl' hitmaker is looking forward to continuing the 'On The Road Again' world tour with his bandmates - Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan - and working on their fifth album, insisting "morale is good" in the group.
Speaking on On Air With Ryan Seacrest, Harry added: "We're all very excited. It's exciting to have the opportunity to do any album, so being on the fifth one is really amazing for us.
"We're just about to start touring again, which we love, so it's going great right now. Morale is good."
