The 18-year-old star revealed her and Ireland Baldwin's similar inkings in a post of Instagram, uploading a black and white photo of their new body art, which is a little scripture of 'Baldwin' on their middle fingers.
The pair have appeared to be inseparable over recent days, as they attended the 'Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation' premiere together before being spotted shopping in New York the following day.
Family is clearly important to the model as she recently splashed out $2,500 on a three-month-old Shiba Inu puppy as a gift for her parents Stephen and Kennya Baldwin's 25th wedding anniversary.
She was with friends Kendall Jenner and Jaden Smith when she picked up the pooch, splashing out on another $500 worth of food and accessories for the new pet.
Captioning a picture of herself holding the new pup, she wrote: "happy early anniversary Mom and Dad, you've been married 25 years now so I bought u a puppy to keep the next couple of years extra exciting (sic)"
Hailey Baldwin also cites Justin Bieber as one of her close pals, but the pair have been romantically linked in the past.
Asked if they are dating, Stephen previously said: "No they're not. It's just nice to see in this day and age that two adults, who have known each other since she was 12, can just be friends. Isn't that cool?
"Justin's doing great he's been in New York hanging out with pastor Carl Lentz from Hillsong NYC and that's where Hailey goes to church so it's all good. I think it's best they just be friends."
