The 'Man from U.N.C.L.E.' star is reportedly worried about how his ex-wife is coping with the court case surrounding the custody of their 15-year-old son Rocco but is sure it will all be "resolved imminently".

A source close to Guy told PEOPLE magazine: "He is is treading on eggshells not to upset her. They expect the saga to be resolved imminently. He does feel he has emerged victorious."

Meanwhile, it was previously revealed that the pair are close to a custody deal, with the 'Living for Love' singer reportedly ready to settle on Rocco living with his dad in London and travelling back to the United States to see her.

An insider shared: "It's obvious they can't force Rocco to return and the judge was told he's too old to be forced.

"But Madonna wants to make sure she regularly sees him and they spend time together. They're just looking at the final details now like public holidays."

However, there is hope that an "amicable" decision will be reached sooner rather than later for the sake of the teenager.

During a court hearing last week, Judge Mr. Justice MacDonald said: "It would be my fervent hope that discussions between the parties can reach an amicable resolution.

"An amicable negotiated resolution is definitely the way forward and in Rocco's best interests ... Unfortunately Rocco will have to experience additional emotional upset."
