Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are selling their custom-built Los Angeles mansion, less than a year after it was completed.
The couple have reportedly listed their incredible abode in Brentwood for a whopping $50 million after forking out $40 million over the space of four years to build their dream home.
Real estate sources have told TMZ the supermodel and the NFL star intend to relocate to Boston permanently, where they're busy constructing yet another massive 14,300 square-foot mansion over five acres of land.
The move is all the more surprising since every last detail of the ambitious and eco-friendly build in LA was constructed to the couple's tastes.
The European style home boasts its own moat, two separate wings connected by a bridge, and a lagoon-shaped swimming pool with a waterfall. It also features eight bedrooms, a wine cellar, a lift and quarters for a butler.
Money is clearly no object for Gisele and Tom, who have a combined net worth of $90 million thanks to her lucrative modelling deals and his contract with the New England Patriots.
In December, it was reported they had hired a team of 100 builders to construct their dream home in Brookline, Massachusetts, in time for next summer.
The couple - who have a four-year-old son, Benjamin, together - also recently splashed out on a $14 million apartment in New York City.
