Gisele Bundchen never eats sugar.
The 43-year-old model has a very disciplined approach to her diet and to her workout plan, describing sugar as "poison".
The blonde beauty - who was married to sports star Tom Brady between 2009 and 2022 - told WSJ. Magazine: "There [are] so many other ways you can sweeten your things that are delicious. Honey, maple syrup, dates."
Gisele is passionate about fitness and she's found various ways of maintaining her enviable figure.
The model shared: "I love Pilates because I had back surgery three years ago and it helps with your core.
"I like exercise outside: surfing, swimming, horseback riding, volleyball. When I’m on holiday, I do more of that."
Despite this, Gisele acknowledges that it's tough to balance her parental responsibilities while also managing her career.
Gisele - who has Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, with her ex-husband - said: "When my kids are with me, they have so many activities.
"It’s difficult to manage my schedule and their schedule. The most important thing for me every day is to put the oxygen mask on me first."
Gisele and Tom announced their split in 2022.
The model said in a statement at the time: "The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always."
Meanwhile, Tom insisted that his children would be his number one priority moving forwards.
He wrote on Instagram: "In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage. We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve. (sic)"
