Kerry Katona's estranged husband has reportedly been allowed back into their home.
George Kay - who is to stand trial for alleged assault and possession of a Taser - was spotted in at the property in Crowborough, East Sussex, where he allegedly assaulted Kerry and didn't leave until Monday (11.01.16) despite being told by a judge to avoid all contact with Kerry without the presence of a third party or he'd be in breach of his bail conditions.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "George was at Kerry's house even though it could potentially be against the terms of his bail.
"Locals even spotted him taking the dog for a walk and he only left to go home because he was due in court. He would have liked to stay longer.
"It's surprising behaviour from both of them but especially George. He's back at the scene of the apparent crime."
The former rugby player wasn't happy with the conditions as it meant he couldn't get his hair cut.
Previously asked whether he could go to the small town in East Sussex to visit his hairdresser, Judge David Rennie replied: "No, that's slightly daft. You can get your hair cut somewhere else."
The 35 year old will stand trial at Brighton, Hove or Lewes Crown Court for up to three days from April 25, and the former Atomic Kitten star, who married the sportsman in 2014, is likely to give evidence in the case, according to previous reports.
