George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin have splashed out £10 million on their first marital home.
The newlyweds have reportedly forked out the huge sum on a plush Georgian riverside mansion in the small village of Sonning Eye, Oxfordshire, central England.
According to The Times newspaper, the couple will be enjoying visits to the local 500-year-old pub in the area and a pretty church which are within easy reach of their fancy new property.
Their new home in the Home Counties reportedly boasts a steam room, gym, study, library, cellar and even a boat house.
The area is said to be home to many rich dwellers, including financiers and Arab sheiks and is often frequented by the Home Secretary, Theresa May.
One local resident believes George's arrival will go down well with half the population of the quiet village.
David Costard told the newspaper: "I'm sure the ladies and girls of Sonning will welcome him with open arms."
He also admitted the 'Gravity' actor might like to take Amal to a play at The Mill At Sonning, which is currently playing, 'A Party To Murder'.
David said: "They get entertaining shows."
George already owns several properties, including a mansion in Lake Como, Italy and a home in Los Cabos, Mexico where he counts Cindy Crawford as his next door neighbour.
