The former 'TOWIE' star - who quit 'I'm A Celebrity after just three days in the jungle - wants to get back to nature and grow her own vegetables after losing three stone on a 28-day juice cleanse.
She said: "I want to grow all organic fruit and vegetables and eventually I will go vegetarian.
"I've got into organic food. That's what I snack on. We all pollute our bodies with so much s**t."
And the newly health-conscious star - who quit 'The Only Way Is Essex' recently - also revealed that she wants to raise livestock on her farm.
She explained: "I'll start off small with chickens, because you have to start small. Then I will go up to other livestock. You can call me farmer Gem. I've already got my Hunter wellies."
Gemma hopes her new healthier lifestyle will ensure she will have no trouble conceiving once she decides to start a family and the unlucky-in-love reality TV star already has her eye on a new man.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I'm organic, so I'm in the best condition to get pregnant, if anyone's offering."
Speaking about her mystery man, she said: "He wants to take me to a country farm fair. A while ago, I would have said to my mates, 'Oh, what a loser.' But now, I'm really into it."
