Gary Barlow wants to work with Harry Styles.
The Take That frontman, 44, has admitted he wouldn't think twice about joining One Direction if he was asked because he's desperate to team up with the 21-year-old heartthrob.
Asked if he wants to become the fifth member of the popular boyband and work alongside Harry, Gary said: "He is the one... I know all of them but I know him better than the others. There's definitely no plans [to join] but, yeah, I would. If he asked me, I would, definitely [join the group]."
The 'Drag Me Down' hitmakers - also consisting of Niall Horan, 22, Louis Tomlinson, 23, and Liam Payne, 22 - have announced plans to take an extended hiatus next year following the departure of former bandmate Zayn Malik.
And Take That's Howard Donald believes the group's decision to take time out is the right way to go because they need time to wind down after five successful years.
Speaking on Magic Radio, he said: "I personally think they need a break. They're pretty world-dominating, aren't they, One Direction. They've got all America covered.
"They've been touring all over America, so I'm knackered even thinking about all the stuff that they do and we probably do half of the stuff that they do. I don't envy them, to be honest with you, to be going all over America.
"Plus they've got no children. They don't have that family set yet and I think once that happens, I think they'll have to reconsider their options about going around America and stuff. I mean, I'm happy for them. They've done amazing."
