Freddie Prinze Jr. is "learning to walk again" after undergoing spinal surgery.
The actor had the operation on November 20 in a bid to correct some "disc issues" and his recovery is said to be going well.
Posting updates through Twitter on his condition, he's up on his feet despite still having to wear a neck brace.
In a series of tweets he revealed what the operation was for, stating: "Private medical info amigos. Lets say i had some disc issues that have been resolved. 'Nuff said friends ... Guys Im totally fine. Recovering great ... Trust your homie. (sic)".
Diligently following his rehabilitation programme, Freddie's also incorporated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques of UFC Hall of Famer Royce Gracie into his recovery.
A picture (above) shows him throwing a hand shape whilst tweeting: "3 miles people! (sic)".
Others read: "#KeepItPlayful Learnin to walk again is like learning jiu-jitsu - 1 technique at a time ... #Graciejiujitsu Mental training. Visualize your technique. Then when youre healthy, you dont have to think anymore. (sic)".
He's since been spotted walking in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles with wife Sarah Michelle Gellar and their two children.
During his down time he's enjoyed playing video games and watching sports on TV.
