Frankie Bridge's eldest son was hospitalised last week.
The Saturdays singer and husband Wayne Bridge's first child, 23-month-old Parker, has been suffering from a cold but things turned serious when he had difficulty breathing, so was admitted overnight and treated with an oxygen mask.
In her latest OK! magazine column, Frankie - who also has four-week-old son Carter with Wayne - revealed: "Parker's cold hasn't got any better and he was finding it hard to breathe so we had to take him to hospital last week. He ended up having to stay overnight so Wayne stayed at the hospital while I was at home with Carter. It felt so wrong to be separated, but I would have been no good at the hospital because I would have got really emotional.
"It was horrible to see Parker so upset and stressed out but he was very brave. He had an oxygen mask to help with his breathing."
Though Parker is now home and feeling "a lot better", the family must wait and see if the little boy is suffering from the breathing condition asthma.
Frankie added: "They've given him an inhaler to use when he needs it. We're not too sure whether he has asthma or not, but right now we're just thankful he's home and feeling a lot better."
