Fetty Wap was involved in a serious motorcycle accident today (26.09.15).
The 'Trap Queen' hitmaker has been taken to hospital after being struck by a car while riding his motorbike in Paterson, New Jersey, reports TMZ.
Shocking pictures from the scene show a bloodied Fetty, 25, being treated at the scene by paramedics.
The rapper - real name Willie Maxwell - recently cleared up speculation about losing his left eye, revealing that he suffered from glaucoma as a child and lost his eye at six months old.
Fetty had a prosthetic fitted when he was 12 years old but no longer wears it in order to stand out in the music industry.
The rapper hit the headlines this week for inspiring a young fan to remove his own prosthetic eye after seeing Fetty.
10 year old Jayden Burgos' mother Brenda Vaden told PEOPLE.com that the youngster, who has worn a prosthetic eye his whole life, thought Fetty was "cool".
Brenda said: "At first he didn't say much, but then we would overhear him talking to family members and friends about this rapper Fetty Wap who, like him, was missing an eye, and how he thought it was really cool."
Fetty added: "I'm glad that I was able to give him the courage to take out his prosthesis. I know how it feels to be picked on. I'm proud of Jayden and I appreciate him more than he may know."
The star only just released his debut self-titled album on Friday (25.09.15).
