The 43-year-old 'Desperate Housewives' star is expecting her first child with her husband Jose "Pepe" Baston and has reportedly listed her Spanish-inspired Los Angeles home for $3.795 million, according to Variety.
Last month, she took to Instagram to tell her 4.5m followers that she is leaving her home of 10 years.
She said: "Guys, I'm leaving my house of 10 years. The whole house is empty. Everything's packed and everything's empty. Table gone, beds are gone, food is gone, I'm so hungry."
In the clips, the Hollywood beauty admitted she would "miss" her beloved home, but wouldn't be too disheartened to leave the winding spiral staircase behind.
She added: "There's nothing there anymore. The walls are empty, echoes now. I'm going to miss this place. I'll tell you what I'm not going to miss are these stairs. Every time I'd get in my car and I forget my glasses or my phone, I'm like, 'Ugh I gotta go all the way back upstairs to get it.'"
Eva confirmed her pregnancy in January after rumours began circling at the end of last year, when she posted a photo of her growing baby bump on her Instagram account.
The photo was captioned: "New year, new adventures! I'm so grateful to my beautiful family for giving this new baby so much love already! #HappyNewYear #2018 (sic)"
Eva has previously admitted her maternal instincts have already kicked in, as she is a stepmother to José's children Natalia, 21, and 13-year-old twins Mariana and Jose, whom he has with his ex-wife Natalia Esperon.
She previously said: "I am a stepmom to three amazing kids, and I've had my hands full, and they are amazing and wonderful ... It's been a lot of fun, a lot of fun being a stepmom."
