Emma Willis treats herself to a piece of cake after a work out.
The 41-year-old television personality has taken to social media to reveal her post-fitness feast she indulged in because her "butt hurts" her after undergoing gruelling exercise on her glutes.
The brunette beauty shared a picture of a big slab of the sweet treat on her Instagram account, which she captioned: "When your butt hurts from training, eat cake.... (sic)."
However, this is not the first time the 'The Voice' host has taken to social media to reveal her fridge has been taken over by unhealthy snacks.
As she recently posted a photograph of the contents of her fridge, which was filled with chocolate including Cadbury Mini Eggs, Smarties, a box of Lindt balls, Kinder Bon Bons and more, following the Easter weekend earlier this month.
Alongside the picture, she wrote: "When you get home from holiday and there's only one type of food in the fridge... (sic)."
Although Emma occasionally indulges in unhealthy snacks, when she is set to go on stage and helm a show she will undergo weekly work outs to get into shape.
Prior to presenting this year's BRIT Awards she exercised "twice a week".
Speaking previously about the mother-of-three , her personal trainer Rob said: "After the birth of her third child, Emma has been working consistently to get in shape and strengthen areas affected by childbirth. Training twice a week allowed us to hit those areas and get her ready to present the BRITs."
