The 'Celebrity Big Brother' host is reportedly expecting her third child with her Busted star husband Matt Willis, 32.
A source said: "Emma and Matt are thrilled. It's something they've been talking about for some time. But there will have to be compromises as the baby will come at a time when they're both super busy."
While Emma, 39, has the new series of 'CBB' and 'The Voice' coming up, Matt and his bandmates James Bourne and Charlie Simpson recently announced they were reuniting to make new music and go on tour.
However, as they already have daughter Isabelle, five, and son Ace, four, together the couple are more than capable of balancing their family and work lives.
The insider told The Sun newspaper: "Emma has major commitments to 'The Voice' and 'Big Brother', which she'd obviously like to honour, and Matt has been fully focusing on making Busted's comeback go well.
"They know they'll make it work. They're used to juggling their family with increasingly busy careers."
Emma reportedly had a three-month scan recently and her new baby is expected to arrive on May 8, which is the same day as Matt's birthday.
The brunette beauty previously confessed she would like to have another baby, but admitted Matt wasn't too keen.
She said at the time: "I go, 'It'd be nice to have one more'. Then Matt goes, 'We've only just started sleeping'.
"So he says no, but I say, 'But soon we won't have a baby any more'. I don't know - you don't plan these things'."
