It seems the model and influencer, 31, has repurposed the bands from the two-stone engagement ring she received from her ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, 36, in 2018, which she revealed last year she had kept after their separation in September 2022.

She flashed her new bling in a revealing Instagram post in which she appeared to be lying topless on her bed, and captioned the image: “Divorce rings (copyright symbol.)”

Emily also tagged the jewellery company founded by Alison Chemla Chetrit in the post.

The ‘High Low with EmRata’ podcast host filed to divorce ‘Uncut Gems’ producer Sebastian in September 2022 after sources confirmed to Page Six he had allegedly cheated on her multiple ties.

Alison’s jewellery brand replied to her rings post with the message: “We made the original two stone engagement ring that set the trend… Here we go again @emrata Divorce Rings (trademark symbol.)”

Emily sported her sparkling “divorce rings” on the fourth and fifth fingers of her left hand – with the one on her ring finger featuring the unique design of a princess-cut stone flanked by two trapezoid-shaped stones on silver prongs, which are set on a contrasting gold band that coordinated with the first piece.

Fans have flooded the comments section of her post to congratulate her on the move.

But one asked: “What the hell are divorce rings?”

A fan of the models backed her by saying: “This is just … ICONIC (fire emoji.)”

A second hailed it as “epic”, while a third Instagram user joked: “Need these – but happily married.”

One insider told Page Six about Emily’s ex’s alleged cheating: “He’s a serial cheater. It’s gross. He’s a dog.”

The former couple secretly married at a courthouse in New York in February 2018, two weeks after they were first spotted together on Valentine’s Day.

Four months later, Emily showed off a massive engagement ring from Sebastian featuring an estimated two-carat princess-cut diamond and a three-carat pear-shaped diamond on a yellow gold band, designed by Lou, which was estimated to be worth up to $90,000.

Even though Emily and Sebastian continue to co-parent their son Sylvester, three, she has moved on from their relationship with several flings including with Harry Styles, 30, Pete Davidson, also 30, Eric André, 40, and 37-year-old DJ Orazio Rispo.
