Ellie Goulding treated her McBusted boyfriend Dougie Poynter to a private museum tour for his 27th birthday.
The singer whisked him off to London's Natural History Museum at midnight on Friday, November 28 for an intimate stroll in and amongst the exhibits.
Posting an image on Instagram of the pair in front of a dinosaur skeleton, Dougie wrote: "I got the Natural History Museum for my birthday! Thank you to me luuuuvly lady. (sic)".
Despite coming up with the idea, Ellie found the whole experience a little more scary than she had hoped.
On her own Instagram she wrote: "The Natural History Museum at midnight. Eerie when there's only two of you... (sic)".
The trip was not the only part of Dougie's treat, as he'd already enjoyed a vegan cookie cake and massage earlier that evening.
Officially celebrating on Sunday, November 30, he and Ellie visited a zoo to mark the occasion and shared more images on hissocial networks.
However, bandmate Matt Willis suggested a stripper would be a great gift for his new bandmate.
"I've got a brilliant idea for Dougie's birthday. I'm not allowed to go to strip clubs, but that doesn't mean you can't have strippers somewhere else. A strip pub, maybe?"
