Elizabeth Olsen thinks Londoners aren't "listening" to coronavirus guidelines.
The 31-year-old actress arrived in the UK in late 2020 and has already experienced two nationwide lockdowns, but she thinks people are ignoring the government.
Speaking on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live', she said: "I think what it really means is that people can't buy alcohol from pubs and walk around and socialise. No one is really listening to anything anyway here.
"Truly, people just don't wear masks outside and anywhere people can gather with a takeaway pint, they do. I think [the government] are just taking away the liquor and everything else is the same of not being able to mix with other households."
Elizabeth has been spending the third national lockdown with her fiance Robbie Arnett and the pair saw in the New Year together in their home.
She explained: "I was home, with my man Robbie. We set an alarm to make sure we didn't miss midnight and I actually put on a dress, it was really exciting."
The actress stars in 'WandaVision', the new series that follows the events of 'Avengers: Endgame' and sees superheroes Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth) and Vision (Paul Bettany) living in the suburban town of Westview.
Marvel chief Kevin Feige has promised that the Disney+ show will make sense to audiences even if they haven't seen any Marvel movies.
He explained: "If you haven't seen any of them and just want to step into this weird thing because you love 'The Dick Van Dyke Show', it's going to work.
"But if you've been tracking the 23 movies we've made and following along the stories into Phase 4, there'll be a wealth of rewards waiting for you as it all unfolds."
