Drew Barrymore worries she spends too much time with her children.
The 41-year-old actress - who also has her own production company, Flower Films, and beauty range, Flower Beauty - has a "better guilt" because she focuses so much on daughters Olive, three, and Frankie, 22 months, though she is concerned that means she's neglecting her work.
She said: "I really challenge myself by putting work second.
"I'm not the mom who is working all the time and then worried about the time I spend with my kids. I'm actually at the point where I'm spending so much time with my kids, I'm worried about my work life.
"That feels like at least a better guilt."
But Drew - who is married to Will Kopelman - admits her kids find her work incredibly "exciting".
She told People magazine: "They are the greatest things in the world.
"They're super excited. I go to a business conference, they're like, 'Oh wow, Mom's at work.' This is much more exciting."
The 'Miss You Already' star recently admitted battling postpartum depression after Frankie was born taught her to take "one thing at a time."
Discussing how the experience changed her, she said: "It's really important. I was in the kids' class with Frankie and Olive this morning and I started fretting about some piece of work news that was just stressful...and I just thought, 'Save it until after class.' One thing at a time."
