Drew Barrymore feels guilty if she takes an afternoon off to do yoga or eats pasta.
The 'Blended' star admits she still stresses about some things and feels bad when she allows herself certain indulgences.
She said: "I feel guilty when I take the afternoon off to go to yoga class. Or if I indulge in a huge bowl of pasta, while watching a TV show about cooking. I cannot watch those shows without eating."
The star is mother to 20-month-old daughter Olive and one-month-old baby Frankie with her husband, Will Kopelman, and says she finds it important not to get too stressed about certain things, because it will not be good for her health.
She added: "I don't' pressure myself to be the perfect mother, because you shouldn't put yourself under that kind of stress. I make lists of the things I have to do, so I have a plan I can stick to without feeling frantic."
Drew, 39, credits Will with helping her to slow down and be a more calm person.
She told America's OK! magazine: "He's made me aware that being calm is important."
