Dina Lohan could lose her home after JP Morgan Chase Bank reportedly filed a lawsuit against the mother of actress Lindsay because she has not complied "with the conditions of the mortgage".
According to LongIslandPress.com, JP Morgan Chase Bank has filed a lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan's mother because she has not complied "with the conditions of the mortgage".
The court documents state: "[She] has failed to comply with the conditions of the mortgage...by failing to pay portions of principal, interest or taxes, assessments, water rates, insurance premiums, escrow and/or other charges."
If Dina, 50, fails to settle the case with the bank her New York home could go up for auction.
This development follows reports she was arrested for for speeding and DWI [Driving While Intoxicated] earlier this month, with sources claiming Lindsay has avoided her mother since leaving rehab because she is a "bad influence".
An insider previously said: "Lindsay wasn't surprised that her mom got popped for a DUI (Driving Under the Influence). It was only a matter of time, according to Lindsay.
"Since being released from rehab, Lindsay has had limited contact with her mother because Dina can be a bad influence on her daughter's sobriety.
"Dina will say she is the last person that has a problem with booze, but she does. Lindsay loves her mom, but she is putting herself first, and her recovery, which is a very good thing."
