Dennis and Kimberly Quaid's divorce has been thrown out by a judge.
The 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra' actor - who reunited with his wife of eight years in late March but was struggling to halt their divorce after filing papers to end their marriage in November 2012 - had the documents officially dismissed after making a formal appeal to have the case withdrawn from the courts.
According to gossip website TMZ.com, the couple are thrilled that their wish to remain married was granted and enjoyed a romantic cycle together in Brentwood, Los Angeles, to celebrate the good news on Friday (06.09.13).
The duo, who have five-year-old twins Thomas and Zoe, put their Pacific Palisades home on the market last month, as the $3.1 million property was purchased in February and was intended to be part of Kimberly's divorce settlement.
They also sold their former marital home in the same area in late 2011 for $9.5 million.
Former real estate agent Kimberly originally filed for divorce in March 2012 because she said the marriage had "become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."
She later asked for their divorce to be put on hold in April 2012 to give them time to work on their marriage but then Dennis filed for a formal separation in October and they signed their divorce papers six weeks later.
