Demi Lovato will offer free therapy sessions to her fans before each show on her upcoming tour.
The 'Confident' hitmaker has been working closely with CAST therapy centres since she battled her own addictions and mental health problems five years ago, and has now revealed that during her upcoming tour of North America, CAST founder Mike Bayer will be offering free therapy sessions to fans who have signed up beforehand.
Mike will be leading group sessions centred on mental health and wellness, with special guest speakers - who will be announced in the coming weeks - leading discussions about their personal journeys in order to help others.
Speaking in a statement about the therapy sessions, Demi said: "Mike and CAST Centers played a vital part in my recovery and I think it's important to helping start hard but necessary conversations about mental health and addiction recovery. I'm really excited to bring them on tour with me again in hopes to reach and inspire thousands of fans."
CAST will be joining 25-year-old Demi on all 20 of her upcoming tour with DJ Khaled, which kicks off next month in San Diego, California, and concludes on March 31 in Tampa, Florida.
That isn't the only good deed being offered by the 'Body Say' singer either, as she recently offered free tickets to five lucky fans who were disappointed to have missed out on nabbing a place at the sold out gigs.
When one upset Twitter follower revealed they had missed out on a pre-sale code, Demi responded: "Turn that frown upside down! I got you ... check your DMs!!!"
As well as urging a second fan to check their direct messages, and telling another she had their back, the star told one supporter to "keep her savings", after she suggested it was the only way she'd be able to afford a ticket.
A different follower even specified the date they wanted to attend and asked for a Christmas or birthday present.
Demi went one better, writing: "See you in Dallas ... Check your DMs".
