The 'Sorry Not Sorry' hitmaker's relatives are desperately trying to squeeze her into a drugs and alcohol facility once she's discharged from hospital, but they're yet to mention it to her because she's still suffering with complications from her overdose.

A source told TMZ.com: "People in contact with her have not even broached the subject of rehab, because she's still not out of the woods after her overdose a week ago. Doctors are not even predicting when she might get out of the hospital, so there's still time to discuss. We have no idea how she will receive the message that she desperately needs rehab. We just don't know where her head is at."

The 25-year-old singer was rushed to hospital last week after she was found unconscious at her home in Los Angeles, California, after taking something.

Doctors were said to be happy with her recovery, but it's now been claimed she's experiencing complications - including nausea and a high fever - due to the overdose.

But, although she's not out of the woods yet, a source said: "She is under the care of medical experts and is expected to make a full recovery."

Demi had been sober for six years at the start of this year, but revealed last month through a song entitled 'Sober' that she had broken that sobriety.

On the track, she sings: "Momma, I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore / And daddy, please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor.

"To the ones who never left me, we've been down this road before / I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore."

Meanwhile, although it has to be Demi's decision whether she goes to rehab or not, her family are convinced she'll oblige as she previously sought help in 2010.
