David Bowie took his family for one final trip to his native London after he was diagnosed with cancer 18 months ago.

The late legendary music icon, who spent the last 22 years living in New York, jetted across the pond with his daughter Alexandria, 15, and his wife Iman, 60, for a week in the summer of 2014 after he learned he was dying from liver cancer.
The 'Changes' hitmaker - who sadly passed away on Sunday (10.01.15) aged 69 - stayed at the five-star Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge and visited the iconic London Eye.
The family-of-three - who went unnoticed but had a team of bodyguards on standby - also stopped by the Tower of London and then took a trip down memory lane, as David - who also had son Duncan Jones with ex-wife Angie - asked his driver to take him back to Brixton, in south London, to the house in Stansfield Road he was born and raised in.
And the emotional trip didn't stop there as he then pulled up to Plaistow Grove, in Bromley, where the family moved to when he was six years old, before heading to Foxgrove Road, in Beckenham, to see where he lived in March 1969, according to the Daily Mirror newspaper.
Although the family went unnoticed, Iman - who married David in 1992 - mentioned the final trip in mid-2014.
She said at the time: "We went [to London] this summer. And no one knew we were there.
"We flew in on the jet to Luton and every day we went and did different things and the press never knew."
Meanwhile, the brunette beauty is said to be "holding up" following the tragic passing of her beloved spouse - whose real name was David Jones - and is currently making arrangements for his funeral.
