David Beckham filming his H+M advert
David Beckham got pulses racing with a racy rooftop stunt yesterday (01.10.13).
The retired footballer was seen on the top of the Old Trueman Brewery in Brick Lane, East London, in a grey vest top and jeans.
The father of four and husband of Victoria Beckham was filming an advert for H and M and his new underwear collection.
An onlooker said: "You don't expect to be walking along the street only to see Becks in his pants! There were some blackout screens so not everyone could see him as he ran along the top of the building, but those who did certainly got a treat. He even took off his vest at one point so everyone could see his tattooed chest."
Nervous onlookers were comforted by the fact that he was in a harness to stop him falling and his feet were protected by nude coloured shoes. He also had a body double for some of the more skilled stunts, which can be seen by audiences in February.
David previously insisted the most important parts of his anatomy were definitely his own in the H&M ads, joking: "The crotch is mine and the backside is mine. Someone said that I had a stand-in for my bum but, no, I can confirm that's my bum."
