David Arquette's fiancée admits he's the "love of" her life.
The 42-year-old actor proposed to Christina McLarty, with whom he has two-month-old son Charlie, yesterday (02.07.14), and the stunning brunette couldn't be happier.
Speaking to Us Magazine, she said: "He is the love of my life and I love him and my family so much. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!"
David popped the question with a blue-stoned ring outside Mastro's steakhouse in Malibu, California, in front of Charlie and his 10-year-old daughter Coco - whom he has with ex-wife Courteney Cox - but it seems the proposal had been in the pipeline for some time.
The source explained: "He flew to Las Vegas to ask Christina's dad Bud McLarty for permission [to marry Christina] a while ago, so it's been in the works."
The happy news comes just days after David's ex-wife Courteney, 50, announced her own engagement to Snow Patrol rocker Johnny McDaid, 37.
However, the former couple - who split in 2010 after almost 11 years of marriage - had reportedly discussed tying the knot with their new partners beforehand.
An insider said: "David was just waiting for the right time. He and Courteney both talked about taking the next step in their relationships ... They both want what's best for each other."
