Courteney Cox and David Arquette are selling their old marital home for $19.5 million.
The former couple, who have a nine-year-old daughter, Coco, and whose divorce was finalised in May following their split in 2010, have put their Beverly Hills mansion on the market, even though the 42-year-old actor is still living there.
The 5,500-square-foot home, designed by famed architect A. Quincy Jones and located in the exclusive Trousdale Estates area, features five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a large circular swimming pool with stunning views of Los Angeles, according to real estate website Trulia.com.
The 'Scream' stars bought the home together in 2004 for $5.45 million but Courteney, 49, moved out as soon as they separated three years ago.
They decided to put the house on the open market on Monday (16.09.13) after failing to attract a buyer for the house, which had been pocket listed for a while.
The mansion is the last piece of property the couple own together, according to UsMagazine.com.
It was recently revealed that Courteney, who is still on good terms with David, has been dating her 'Cougar Town' co-star Brian Van Holt for eight months.
David, who has an on/off relationship with 'Entertainment Tonight' correspondent Christina McLarty, admitted last month that he recently fell off the wagon and started drinking again.
He said: "I'm drinking again... I'm a drinker, I drink a lot.
"Whatever I do, I'm gonna do; I'm gonna go through this journey and figure out my life. I'm a responsible person, I have my daughter three days a week... I'm incredibly responsible. I'm living my life and I'm trying not to hurt people."
