Danny O'Donoghue has revealed that he doesn't own a car.
O'Donoghue may be sitting pretty at the top of the UK charts with The Script's new album No Sound Without Silence, but he is not one to be swept up in fame.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, he said: "We don't live in big houses or mansions, I don't even own a car and we're not ones for red carpets.
"While other people are doing that we're where we belong, in the studio."
No Sound Without Silence is the fourth studio album for The Script, and follows in the successful footsteps of The Script, Science & Faith, and #3.
The album was released last Monday and has rocketed straight to the top of the UK album chart.
No Sound Without Silence toppled Sam Smith from the number one spot, while holding off the challenge from the likes of Barbra Streisand, Chris Brown, and Slash.
Superheroes was the first single to be lifted from the new album earlier this summer.
