Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin have reportedly moved into a $12.5 million mansion together.
The couple - who have been dating since 2017 - are said to have landed the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom Malibu property back in October but have only recently moved into the abode.
According to E! News, Chris bought the property but Dakota is "living there with him".
A source added: "It's brand new... [it's] walking distance to the same private beach he has multiple homes on."
According to the New York Post newspaper, the sprawling 5,338 square foot Cape Cod-style estate also boasts a two-story guest house complete with a game room, pool with a spa and an outdoor barbecue area.
Meanwhile, the Coldplay singer and 'Fifty Shades of Grey' actress will be covered in terms of security, with extensive measures including the home being completely gated.
Their new house also has scenic viewers of the ocean, as well as plenty indoor and outdoor fireplaces and high ceilings.
Also included in the purchase is a permit to buy a tennis court.
Dakota's mum Melanie Griffith, 62, previously gushed over their relationship, and suggested the 'Fix You' hitmaker was a good match for her daughter.
In September 2019, she said: "I love my daughter's boyfriend. I think that they're an awesome couple."
It wasn't the first time the 'Working Girl' actress - who has Dakota with ex-husband Don Johnson - had sung the praises of the 42-year-old singer.
Speaking the previous year, Melanie said: "I adore him! But [Dakota] is very private about her life, and I respect that."
And a source also revealed Chris' ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow "really likes" Dakota.
The insider said: "Gwyneth really likes Dakota and she likes Chris and Dakota together as a couple.
"Dakota has always fit in really well and felt like part of the family when they all hang out. She's very mature, she's smart and she's interesting. They have a lot to talk about."
