Courtney Stodden didn't sign a prenuptial agreement before marrying Doug Hutchison in 2011.
The 19-year-old star separated from Doug, 53, earlier this month and she has now revealed the 'Green Mile' actor rejected her offer to sign a prenuptial agreement because he trusted her implicitly and thought it was unromantic.
"I did offer him a prenup but he did not want to sign one. I offered and he said, 'I don't want to do that because I trust you and we're getting married.'
"He didn't want a prenup. So we've talked about what we want to do financially now."
Courtney Stodden claims Dough Hutchison - who she has now split from - trusted her enough to reject the offer of a prenupDespite their separation the couple are still working and living in close quarters. Doug has retained his position as Courtney's co-manager and the pair have continued to share their marital home.
She said: "I feel like I may move out eventually but right now this is working out and we'll see where it takes us."
Courtney also told FOX411 that their age difference was the main reason for the break-up.
