Courtney Stodden has split from Doug Hutchinson.
The 19-year-old reality TV star has reportedly decided to end her controversial marriage to the 'Green Mile' actor, who is 35 years her senior.
"Courtney has called it quits on her marriage. She is done with him and he's totally heartbroken.
"Doug knew he was taking a risk with the marriage, but he genuinely feel in love with Courtney and didn't realise how much his life would be changed after they got married." A source told RadarOnline
It's claimed Courtney's decision was spurred partly by her recent success away from her husband - with whom she appeared on reality show 'Couples Therapy' - such as appearing on British reality show 'Celebrity Big Brother' earlier this year.
The insider added: "She is branching out and doing her own thing and Doug is getting left behind."
Doug, 53, married Courtney in 2011 when she was just 16 years old with permission from her parents.
The couple began an online relationship when the aspiring actress enrolled in a acting class taught by the veteran movie star.
Doug previously claimed that as a result of his controversial marriage he was abandoned by his long-time agent, disowned by his family and has received death threats.
