Doug Hutchinson has reportedly moved out of the home he shared with wife Courtney Stodden after she told him to pack his bags and leave following their split last week..
The 53-year-old actor has packed his bags and leave the Hollywood property he lived in with the 19-year-old model-and-actress following their split last week.
A source says "Doug's world has been turned upside down, but for Courtney, it's far from that. She is embracing being single. It's clear she has finally emerged to be able to call all the shots. I'm not sure they'll be able to recover from this."
It is believed Courtney's decision to end their controversial marriage was spurred on in part by her recent success away from her husband, such as her well-received appearance on British reality show 'Celebrity Big Brother' earlier this year.
An insider said previously: "She is branching out and doing her own thing and Doug is getting left behind."
The couple began an online relationship when the aspiring actress enrolled in an class taught by the veteran movie star and have stated they "fell in love" before meeting.
The pair then embarked on relationship and married in May 2011 when Courtney was just 16 years old and Doug was 51, after the 'Green Mile' star received permission from her parents.
