Coldplay have sent their "love" to Bruno Mars and Beyoncé for joining them at the Super Bowl halftime show yesterday (07.02.16).
The 'Paradise' hitmakers welcomed the two stars, along with Bruno's 'Uptown Funk' collaborator Mark Ronson, to the stage at the Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California and had a great time performing alongside them in the prestigious slot.
The band tweeted: "Bruno and Beyoncé and all your teams. Thank you. We love you so much. Love Coldplay
"What a night. A #SB50 #PepsiHalftime (sic)"
Meanwhile, Mark found it "epic" to play a part in the show.
He excitedly tweeted afterwards: "Freakin' EPIC!!! Thank you @BrunoMars all Hooliganz, @coldplay @Beyonce @NFL and everyone watching. Man oh man. (sic)"
Among the spectators at the NFL Championship Game - which saw the Denver Broncos beat the Carolina Panthers - was Coldplay frontman Chris Martin's ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow.
She posted a number of pictures from within the stadium during Coldplay's show on her Instagram account which suggested she was very proud of her former spouse.
And she also shared a cute photograph of her 11-year-old daughter Apple walking hand-in-hand with Beyonce and Jay Z's little girl, four-year-old Blue Ivy.
