Christina Hendricks "will never get sick of talking about 'Mad Men'".
The 39-year-old actress is a "huge fan" of the show that she starred in and even though it is coming to the end of its run it she will never tire of speaking about the programme and her time in it.
Christina said: "I will never get sick of talking about 'Mad Men' ... I'm such a huge fan. I am so utterly proud of it and am going to miss it like crazy."
While she's going to miss playing Joan Harris, Christina insists her 'Mad Men' alter-ego's personality isn't far off her own, as creator Matthew Weiner started changing her character the more he got to know her, adding in a "more sensitive and vulnerable" side to Joan.
Speaking to Red magazine, Christina said: "After Matt got to know me better, he started incorporating aspects of my personality into Joan. At first she was rather intimidating and snarky, but then she got more sensitive and vulnerable, which is a lot more me infused in her."
Currently starring in Ryan Gosling's directorial debut 'Lost River', Christina was "surprised" at how happy she was when she read the final script for 'Mad Men'.
She said: "I'm surprised that I was (so pleased with Joan's ending). After that long, you think, how can you possibly be satisfied, but when I read it, I was pleased. I was very pleased."
