Martyn LeNoble is quizzed by police
Christina Applegate's husband was detained by police on Sunday (13.10.13) after getting into a physical altercation with a paparazzo.
The 'Anchorman' actress' partner Martyn LeNoble was reportedly searched by cops in Los Angeles after getting into a row with the photographer.
The Porno for Pyros rocker's outburst came after the photographer in question allegedly tried to take pictures of Christina and their two-year-old daughter Sadie Grace at a birthday party.
Martyn claims the shutterbug instigated the physical contact, as well as threatening him and challenging him to a fist fight.
The musician is likely to press charges, according to website Gossip Cop, while the paparazzo isn't planning to take legal action.
The showbiz couple have previously blasted the media for hounding them during family days out and impinging on their young daughter's privacy.
Christina embarked upon a furious Twitter rant in August, posting: "I want my daughter to live a normal life. I want her to feel free to be who she wants, so paparazzi stop taking pics of her! Enough.
"It's times like these where I understand why Michael Jackson had his kids covered they were able to be anonymous until they decided to be public.
"We need a law against this! Taking pics of kids is sick!"
