Chrissy Teigen thinks she could be an Olympian.
The Sports Illustrated model hasn't been paying much attention to the sporting spectacular in Rio de Janeiro but admits she has been "p***ing off" husband John Legend - who is gripped by the Games - with her belief that she could compete on the world stage at a number of events.
She tweeted: "I like to p**s john off all Olympics by going "I could do that" as he watches and I stare at my phone (sic)"
She later added: "I feel like I could run really fast if I wanted to (sic)"
Though Chrissy has been busy with her phone while the Olympics has been on TV, the 'All of Me' hitmaker may not mind as he recently revealed he fell in love with her because of her text messages.
He said: "I fell in love with her over the phone because she is good with those 140 characters. [At the beginning of our relationship] we were texting a lot, and I started to see her sense of humour. We would talk on the phone, and I started to fall in love with how engaging and witty and funny she is.
"And I think that's when I really started to know that this was the kind of person I wanted to around a lot. Once we started spending more time together between tour stops and all this other stuff, we realised we had such a connection - and then it blossomed into a marriage and a baby."
The 37-year-old star - who welcomed daughter Luna into the world in April - wasn't "nervous" about falling so quickly for someone as he felt a "real connection" between them.
He said: "I wasn't nervous about it. When you feel a real connection to somebody, for me it wasn't nerves, it was more like excitement, like, 'Oh, this could be great.' "
Meanwhile, John previously admitted his marriage to Chrissy, 30, has changed since they had Luna.
He shared: "Being married is not the same as having a kid because being married to another adult who can take care of themselves to a degree is different than having a kid that is completely dependent on you. So, it definitely makes you realise a heightened level of responsibility and it makes you realise that there is a lot of work to be doing, and you realise what your work is for."
