Chrissy Teigen neglected to read the chosen novel when she attended her first book club meeting.

The American model - who is married to chart-topping musician John Legend - has responded to a message from her good friend Kim Kardashian West about their book club, admitting that she and celebrity stylist Jen Atkin never even managed to read the novel.
Kim's initial message read: "Remember this @ChrissyTeigen, @JenAtkinHair, @KourtneyKardash?! Our one and only book club meeting!!! (sic)"
In response, Chrissy wrote back: "Jen and I quickly learned the first rule of book club: read the book (sic)"
Earlier this month, meanwhile, Chrissy admitted she is "scared" that her daughter won't like her baby brother.
The 32-year-old model is due to give birth to her second child in around three months' time, but admitted she's concerned that her 21-month-old daughter Luna, whom she has with her husband, will struggle to adapt to her new sibling when he arrives.
Taking to her Twitter account, Chrissy recently quipped: "I'm scared Luna is gonna hate her baby brother because I have a really hard time welcoming new bravo cast members."
Although Chrissy has been glowing throughout her pregnancy, she joked that her unborn son must be a "monster" because her food cravings are out of control.
She wrote on the micro-blogging website: "This baby is sucking the life from me. Drinking my water, making me dry. Eating my food, making me hungry. Taking my health, making me sick. Why do we create these monsters they want us dead? (sic)"
