Chris Martin is "fascinated" by the amount of people working on Coldplay's halftime set at the Super Bowl.

The event organisers have equipped the 'A Sky Full Of Stars' hitmakers with a huge team ahead of their coveted 12-minute performance at the annual sporting event, which sees National Football League (NFL) teams, the Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos, compete for the trophy.
Chris said: "It's just as fascinating to see all the people on headsets, people who have practiced to push the stage on and people who've built the lights. Everyone on the pitch has got their own story and own journey of how they got there and what they're doing."
Whilst Pepsi halftime show executive producer Ricky Kirshner added: "We have over 250 people that worked for us. That's not including probably a couple hundred local stagehands and 500 field team members that come together to push the stage together."
Meanwhile, the group - who will also be joined by Bruno Mars and Beyoncé during the show - has teased "big dynamics" for the set.
Chris added to Entertainment Tonight: "We love interacting with people and singing along with people and feeling the world connect. I think this is one of the days in the year when the world connects."
The Super Bowl 50 takes place tomorrow (07.02.16) at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
